Why it moved the index

Persistent cross-surface browser control expands Claude's operational reach and ability to continue consequential workflows using existing user logins. Anthropic added action checking, confirmation before purchases or personal-data entry, and enterprise domain controls, but states that prompt-injection risk cannot be eliminated.
