Why it moved the index
Magnitude 68: multi-day goal pursuit and remote computer use after the host locks materially extend duration, tool reach, and operator distance for a general coding and computer agent. Confidence 70: OpenAI's official changelog directly documents the shipped behavior and safeguards, while productivity, displacement, and recursive-improvement consequences remain inferred.
