DARPA and U.S. Air Force fly AI-controlled F-16

A VENOM-modified operational F-16 flew under an AI agent's control during live testing, with a human pilot in the cockpit able to switch back to traditional control. DARPA says the converted fleet will support multi-agent, multi-ship testing for future autonomous combat aircraft operations.
