Gartner survey finds fully autonomous agents remain uncommon

In a survey of 360 IT application leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Gartner found only 15% were considering, piloting, or deploying fully autonomous agents. Just 7% strongly expected agents to replace workers within two to four years, while weak trust and governance constrained deployment.
